The layout of Rax Trax allows for ultimate flexibility so projects can be seamlessly moved from one room to the other. Control rooms A and B are equipped with ProTools HD / Mac G5 recording systems. Presently we have one HD2 system and one HD3 Accel, and, in addition, each room has 24 track 2" analog recording capabilities.

Studio A

The Live room of Studio A is a naturally lit space with a 16' ceiling, and a large double-pane glass viewing window allowing excellent visual communication between the live room and control room. There are two iso booths off of the live room, and one off of the control room, allowing for maximum isolation and sonic control. Studio A's dmensions are 23' x 21'. The main Live room is 24' x 20' with the 2 adjoining isolation booths.

Studio B

Studio B is a lower cost alternative to mixdown and overdub situations (vocals, guitar overdubs and solos, horn sections, keys, etc.). Studio B has the same high quality gear as Studio A, but in a smaller package. Studio B's dimensions are 19' x 17' with 2 adjoining isolation booths.
